Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: 6 weeks

Come and learn positive and transformative ways to manage stress and live with more vitality! MBSR has many proven benefits such as decreasing anxiety and depression, improving mental focus and enhancing coping strategies. During this 6-week course, we will use research-based information, breath work, movement and guided meditations to help you experience greater overall well-being in your life. (Workbook/Guided meditations included.)
